Polaris/About

Everyone built for the sale. Nobody built for the file.

Why we built Polaris

"We went looking for software to run our counselling desk. Everything we found was a pipeline for selling students, not for seeing them through."

Leads in, commissions out. None of it could tell a counsellor whether a student's money had sat in the account for 28 days, whether a university's fee page had changed since last intake, or which of forty files would fall apart in front of a visa officer.

That part of the job, the part that decides a student's year, lived in WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and the head counsellor's memory. At our desk too. So we built the tool that didn't exist: one that keeps the casework itself, checks it against the rules, and shows where every fact came from. Then we ran our own students' files on it.

What we believe

Three rules we built Polaris on.

1

The file is the product.

A lead list doesn't get anyone a visa. A complete, correct file does. Everything in Polaris serves the file.

2

Show the source.

Counsellors are trusted with a family's savings and a student's year. Every fact they act on should say where it came from.

3

People decide.

AI reads, checks and proposes. A counsellor approves. Money and submissions always wait for a person.

Run your desk on ours.
