A co-counsellor that has read the file.
Rehnuma sits beside every screen in Polaris. Open a student and it already knows who you mean.
It knows what you're looking at.
Each page tells Rehnuma which student, tab or university is on screen. Ask "is the money enough?" on Ayesha's visa case and it answers about Ayesha's visa case. One click leaves the page out of the conversation.
It speaks up before you ask.
Plain rules, not guesses, flag what's missing on the file you open: funds that haven't sat long enough, a CAS that hasn't arrived, a deposit due this week. Head counsellors and owners also see what's piling up across the team.
Every answer shows where it came from.
The rule paragraph, the bank statement, the offer letter. If Rehnuma can't point at it, it says so instead of filling the gap.
Not yet. Two gaps and one risk. Funds have been held 19 of the 28 days; they clear on 23 Nov.
It can't see what you can't.
Rehnuma only reads students you're allowed to see, never another agency's, and a conversation about one student can't pull in another. We test those walls on every release.
- Each counsellor keeps their own thread per student
- Students get a smaller Rehnuma in their portal that only knows their own file
- Runs on Anthropic's Claude
What Rehnuma won't do
Submit an application, pay a fee, or change a file without a counsellor approving it. It proposes; a person decides.
See it answer your files.
Bring a live case to the demo and ask Rehnuma about it.
