The Polaris platform
Agencies use Polaris to manage their students' applications. The agency decides what student information goes in and why; Polaris processes it on the agency's behalf and under its instructions.
- Each agency's data is kept separate from every other agency's.
- Access is limited by role, and every read, file access and sign-in is recorded.
- Rehnuma uses Anthropic's Claude through its API to answer questions; data sent that way is not used to train Anthropic's models.
- Students can ask their agency to export or erase their information.
